The Quality Control Council of Canada & The Soldier On Program 2010
Brothers & Sisters,
It gives us great pleasure to announce that the QCCC is embarking on a program with the Canadian Forces called "Soldier On". This is in conjunction with the Red "T" shirt Friday that we have already in place. We have had such great success with our very own QCC "yellow ribbon, Support Your Troops" t-shirts, complete with a stitched QCCC Logo on the sleeve. The donations that followed the t-shirt distribution were overwhelming, that we got on-board with this very worthwhile fundraiser. To date, we have raised $1,500.00 and it is growing. We have just placed another order of T-shirts and hope to again distribute and collect donations for Soldier On. We are also going to make the shirts available to as many U.A. Locals and Boilermaker Lodges as possible. Also Union Stewards and Reps will have a supply ready for your donation. On behalf of the Quality Control Council of Canada, we thank you for your generosity and wear your Red T's with pride for our Troops!
Below is a brief description of the Program. You can also access the website at www.SoldierOn.ca.
Thank you,
The Quality Control Council of Canada
